《中国味道》——春节美食工作坊选择北京、淮扬、广州、四川四大菜系发源地,通过介绍各地春节美食,将美食背后的山水风光、历史遗存、文化故事与春节习俗相结合,充分展示中国饮食文化“技艺精湛、品味 高雅、讲究美感、和谐自然”的精髓,彰显中国春节文化内涵和魅力。
通过四大菜系年夜饭的展示和特色菜肴线上教学培训、体验互动环节,让世界人民线下通过视频上手制作,形成线上互动、线下体验的全新格局。

Chinese New Year is the most important traditional festival featuring the most spectacular celebration activities and the most exquisite foods in China.
Through tracking the origins of Beijing, Huaiyang, Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines, “A Taste of China” Chinese New Year Gourmet Workshop showcases the beauty of popular Spring Festival foods in different parts of China. It also explores the natural scenery, historical legacies, cultural stories, and Spring Festival traditions behind those foods, fully demonstrating the “superb cooking techniques, elegant taste, attractive appearances, and harmonious nature” of the Chinese food culture as well as the unique cultural connotations and the charm of Spring Festival.
People around the world will be able to learn to prepare the dishes by themselves from online videos and forming a new integrating online interaction and offline experience through the display of the four different major cuisines of reunion dinner on Chinese New Year’s Eve as well as online classes on special dishes and the interactive experiences.
